Jacks was great to work with. Order came to my home in far northern Minnesota within a few days. When I realized I ordered the wrong gear Jacks sent label for return. After confirming correct part number and re-ordering I again received the part in a few days. The wrong part was credited promptly after return. Now I will be ready to blow snow when it arrives.
